Although I arrived at Northwood already a recruited athlete, I still had to navigate the demanding process of college admissions in full.

From the moment I arrived on campus, David was proactive. He introduced himself promptly and guided me through the nuanced and requisite materials for applying to Harvard. He was consistently accommodating, meeting with me on numerous occasions to review drafts and finalize submissions. He also provided guidance without any real precedent to draw from, as I was the first Northwood women's hockey player recruited to Harvard, meaning there was no established path for either of us to follow.

I am grateful to David for the guidance he provided throughout that process.
